Privacy notice
This notice explains what the Kenhold website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and its early-access list only.
Who we are
Kenhold is a project run by Thuya Myo Nyunt, Kenhold, an individual rather than a company. “We” on this page means the Kenhold project. For anything about your data, write to hello@kenhold.app.
What we collect, and why

We don't sell your data, and we use your email only to write to you about Kenhold.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website, keeps the early-access list and sends our emails.
- Google runs Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies.
They handle data on our behalf, under contracts that limit what they may do with it. Both may process it outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Your email address: until you unsubscribe or we close the early-access list. If you never confirm it, we delete it after 30 days. When you unsubscribe, we delete your details and keep only what we need to make sure we never write to you again.
- Analytics: 14 months, then Google deletes it.
- Technical records: only as long as Cloudflare keeps them for security, usually a few days.

You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. You can unsubscribe with the link in any of our emails, and change your analytics choice in Cookie settings. Write to hello@kenhold.app and we'll answer within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This website is for people at work. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
